Eurovision spectacle sees Spanish sparkle

There were celebrations in Seville as Spain won Lichfield's very own Eurovision Song Contest. Before a sizeable audience including Councillor Mark Warfield, Mayor of Lichfield and Mrs Norma Baker, Sheriff of Lichfield, four schools from around europe performed a variety of songs written by pupils, competing for the coveted trophy, at Nether Stowe School.

Nether Stowe Summer School

This year Nether Stowe School is hosting a full 5 weeks of activities in our Summer School programme. The fun starts on 27th July for pupils in Year 6 (Years 7, 8, and 9) who will be transferring to Nether Stowe in September 2009 (who are students in the school).

The school will start accepting applications for Summer School from 25th June 2009, please note that all places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like your child to attend the Summer School then please download and complete the application form below.
